If you’re having trouble logging in to your Calm account, you can reset your password.
How to reset your password:
- Open the Calm app and tap 'Profile' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the 'Sign up or Log in' button.
- On the next screen, tap 'Log in' at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your Calm account.
- Tap 'Forgot password?' and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
- If you have not received the email after 10 minutes, please add support@calm.com and hello@breathe.calm.com to your email contact list and try resetting your password again.
For security reasons, your password reset link must be accessed within 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the link will expire, but you can always request a new link by following these steps again.
If you are currently logged in to your Calm account on the mobile app and would like to update your password:
- Tap 'Profile'
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Change Password'
- Type in your old password
- Type in your new password - this must be at least 8 characters.
- Tap 'Update'
If you are currently logged in to your Calm account on the website and would like to update your password:
- Click on the ‘Change password’ button in your profile here
- Type in your old password
- Type in your new password - this must be at least 8 characters.
- Confirm your new password
- Click 'Update'
