We are aware of an issue that is currently preventing some users from logging in to the app if they have a password under 8 characters in length. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime, if you are experiencing this error please see below for how to reset your password and get logged in:
1. On the login screen in the app, enter your email address and tap the "Forgot password" button.
2. In the password reset email you receive, follow the link to our password reset page.
3. Create a new password that is at least 8 characters long and includes both letters and numbers.
4. When you return to the app, you should now be able to log in with your new password.
