Our team is aware of an issue that causes slow loading times for some iOS users. We're currently working on a fix and should have that loading better for you in the next app update.
Here is an example of what you might see when trying to access content:
In the meantime, we recommend downloading the content you listen to most frequently for easier access. You can download sessions by tapping the cloud icon in the top right corner of the session player when you start listening. You can access all downloaded sessions in the 'Available Offline' tab of a specific content section. If you're unable to load the program page at all, please try switching from wifi to data as some users have reported this makes a difference.
