How much does the subscription cost?
GE employees can purchase Calm through their ge-healthahead.com account for $9.99 USD for the first year of an annual subscription.
I activated a 7-day free trial through the app or website, and want to purchase Calm with this offer.
If you have activated a free trial, you'll first want to cancel the free trial to avoid being charged the full price of a yearly subscription at the end of the trial period. Please see this article for more details about how to cancel your free trial.
Once you've canceled the free trial, wait until the trial period has ended and the free trial access has expired. You can then subscribe using the special link for GE employees at ge-healthahead.com.
I already have a subscription. Can I take advantage of this offer?
Please note, we do not offer any rebates or refunds on subscription purchases outside of 30 days of purchase. If you've previously purchased a subscription to Calm, you can cancel your current subscription and use the offer to make a new subscription purchase at the end of your current billing period. I created a Calm account without using the special link.
Not to worry! If you already have a Calm account or have signed up for an account without using the link for GE employees, you can still take advantage of the offer! Simply head to ge-healthahead.com and log in to your Calm account when prompted to do so. After completing your purchase, your Calm account will unlock!
I've accessed my free subscription. How do I get started with Calm?
After you have completed your purchase through the offer page, you're ready to use the Calm app! Note: If at any point you see an offer for a free trial, exit the free trial page using the ‘X’ in the corner. Do not click ‘Continue’ to start a free trial.
- Download the Calm app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and select your goals for using the app, and click ‘Continue’ (you may also use the ‘X’ in the corner to exit this screen if you do not wish to answer).
- Click the ‘Log in’ button and log in to the Calm account you created.
- You are now logged in and should see all of the content in the app unlocked. If not, please tap 'Profile' > Gear icon in the upper left corner and check that you’re logged in with the same email you used to sign up on the offer page.
Using the Calm app:
Once you've completed your purchase, subscription access will be unlocked and you will be able to listen to Calm's full library of premium content. You can find some tips for getting started here and more details about our content and new features here.
