We recommend you begin with the _7 Days of Calm_, our introductory program that offers the basics of meditation. If you would like to continue building a foundation, we recommend continuing on to our _21 Days of Calm_ to complete our 30-day introductory program. With that foundation, we recommend that you explore our library of sessions and programs, which address themes such as sleep, focus, and gratitude.
There’s also our most popular meditation, the Daily Calm, which can be found on the Calm app's home page. Thousands of people around the world start their day with these 10-minute sessions, each of which explores a fresh topic or theme. It’s a great way to develop a regular practice.
Also, we suggest cutting down on potential distractions during meditation by switching your phone to airplane mode / do not disturb mode before pressing ‘play’. And use headphones!
