Our system only allows one subscription to be active at any given time on a Calm account. You will be able to redeem the gift card to your account when your current subscription expires. Gift cards do not expire.
First, you will want to disable the auto-renew feature of your active Calm subscription to prevent further charges, then claim the gift card when the subscription ends.
If you subscribed on an iOS device such as an iPhone you can manage your auto-renew option through the iTunes account settings on your iPhone. Please see this support article for details: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098
If you subscribed on an Android device, please open the Google Play Store app and then select "My Apps" and look for the Subscriptions tab, or go to the Google Play Store website, click on the Settings gear and go to "My Orders." If you subscribed through our website, you can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal in your Calm app. First, tap "More" on the Calm app's home screen and then choose "Profile." At the top, tap "Manage Subscription" and follow the directions on this page for canceling your subscription.
After your subscription has expired and the premium content has locked, you can redeem your gift card at www.calm.com/redeem
