If you are having trouble making a payment, there may be an error with the zip code / postal code associated with your credit or debit card.
In the "ZIP" box on the web purchase form, please enter the postal code associated with the card you are using to make your purchase. Please also be sure that all other billing details including CVC are entered correctly. Please note, our billing system requires the billing postal code to match the country who issued the card.
If you are seeing an error after trying that, please send us a message with the email address you are using to complete the purchase, the postal code you are attempting to enter, and the country associated with your card's billing address. Please also provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
