How to Delete Audio or Scene Sounds to Save Device Space

You can delete session and scene files in the app to free up space on your mobile device by following these steps:

1. Tap 'Profile' 
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper left corner to get to your Settings page.
3. Tap 'Downloads' -- Here, you will see options for deleting the various types of content in the Calm app. Tap the option you would like to remove from your downloaded files.

Once deleted, you can re-download content at any time. Please see this article for how to download program sessions. Scenes can be re-downloaded from our Scenes menu found at the top left corner of your home screen.

Please note, currently, the option to delete downloads individually is not available. The only way to delete downloaded content is to delete all of a specific type of content from the Downloads option within your Calm app's Settings.
