You can set a Mindfulness Reminder within your Calm app to notify yourself each day at the same time to help you build your mindfulness habit.
You can access the Mindfulness Reminder in the app by first tapping the "More" button in the bottom right corner of the home screen, and then tap the gear icon in the upper left corner to access "Settings". Within "Settings," tap "Reminders". From there, you'll see an option to set an "Mindfulness Reminder".
Once on the Mindfulness Reminder page, you can toggle the reminder on or off, and set it to any time you prefer.
