First, try using the pull-to-refresh feature on the Calm app's home screen. To do so, open the home screen and drag your finger down the page. A loading icon will appear that will refresh the Daily Practice.
If this does not work for you, please hard-quit the Calm app, ensure that you are connected to a strong WiFi or data signal, and then re-launch the app. This will force the app to refresh. For instructions on how to hard-quit an app, click here.
