Calm App version 4.0
This is a major update which includes exciting new content and features.
We're delighted to unveil our newest feature - Calm Body. Calm Body sessions are 10 minute guided video lessons on mindful movement and gentle stretching. Lessons include "Morning Wakeup", "Afternoon Reset", "Back Care" and "Evening Wind Down". You can find Calm Body under the "More" tab.
In addition to Calm Body, please enjoy a completely redesigned Calm app! We've improved the design and introduced a "More" tab in the main navigation so you can quickly find Calm Masterclass, Breathe Bubble, Scenes selector, Calm Body, and your Profile.
As always, you can expect a brand new Daily Calm every day, new music and Sleep Stories every week, and new Meditation programs and Calm Masterclasses every month.

This is a big update, and we’re excited to unveil new features!
We know many of you love to track your Streaks, and we’ve made them even better. With the improved Streaks feature, you’ll be able to track your current streak, total Mindful Days and also see a record of all your past streaks.
We’re also introducing an enhanced Scenes menu so you can easily preview all of our 30+ relaxing nature scenes and set a sleep timer for background sounds. Tap the mountain icon on the top right of the Home tab to check it out.
We’re excited to introduce John Armstrong as a new meditation guide. You’ll have the option to select either John or our Head of Mindfulness, Tamara Levitt, as your guide when exploring many of the 7 Day Meditation programs. To make the switch, start a 7 Day meditation and tap the sound mixer icon on the far left of the player. If there are multiple narrators available for the session, you will see options to switch between Tamara or John. Simply tap the narrator you'd like to listen to for the session.
