PwC employees eligible for free Calm Premium access through #bewellworkwell may reference the information below to get started with their Calm subscription.
PwC Employees who are new to Calm
If you have not used Calm previously, download the Calm app and create a Calm account using your PwC email address. Once you have created a Calm account with your PwC email address, you should see the full library of premium subscription content unlocked in the Calm app. If you have joined PwC within the last two weeks, then you may not be in our system yet. Please try signing up once you've been with PwC for over two weeks.
PwC Employees who have used the free content in the Calm app
If you already have a Calm account under a PwC email address, you should see the full library unlocked the next time you use the app. If you have a Calm account under a personal email address, simply update the email address on your Calm account to your PwC email address. If the premium content remains locked, try logging out and back into the Calm app to refresh your account (quitting and relaunching the app should work if this does not). PwC Employees who already have a Calm subscription
If you currently have a Calm subscription and would like to gain access through PwC, please cancel your current subscription. Be sure to update the email address on your Calm account to your PwC email as well. When your current subscription expires, the PwC subscription access will automatically unlock on your account. If it remains locked, please try logging out and back in to your account in the app (quitting and relaunching the app should work if this does not). Calm content is still locked. What do I do next?
If upon signing up you remain locked out of the subscription content, you may be using a slightly different domain than what we have listed in our system. If you have multiple valid domains for your PwC email address, please try updating your email address in the Calm app to the other valid domains. For example, try both your @pwc.com email address and your @us.pwc.com email address.
If you are still having trouble unlocking your account, your next step is to reach out to the PwC HelpDesk to verify which of your email addresses has been added to the list of eligible accounts sent to Calm.
