You can update your account information from your Profile settings through the Calm Health app or website experience.
Using the Calm Health app
- Launch the Calm Health app. After logging in, tap the circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to open your Profile settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap the Manage Calm Account button.
- You will be prompted to verify your identity through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Follow the instructions on the screen to complete this step with your registered phone number.
- You will now be taken to the Account Management screen. Here you have the option to:
- View and edit your First and Last name
- View the email address and/or social login used to create your account
- Reset your Password (Email and password users only)
- View the phone number registered for Multi-Factor Authentication

Using the Calm Health website
- Navigate to the Calm Health website. After logging in, click on the Profile tab, and then the Settings button as shown below.
- Click on the Manage Calm Account button.
- You will be prompted to verify your identity through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Follow the instructions on the screen to complete this step with your registered phone number.
- You will now be taken to the Account Management screen. Here you have the option to:
