What if I want to stay on the legacy Team Plan product?
We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed our legacy Team Plan product! This product was one of our first Calm Business products, and our team wanted to update it to better match the needs and requests of our existing customers. Rest assured that all of your benefits within the Team Plan will remain in addition to other exciting product features to support your people with their mental well-being.
With the launch of our new self-serve experience for our Enterprise Plan customers, we have discontinued the service of the legacy Team Plan subscription.
Will my pricing change now that I have new features inside the Partner Portal?
Your pricing will remain the same.

How can I upgrade my total covered lives on my plan?
To purchase additional covered lives on your new Enterprise Plan, navigate to the Plan & Payment tab inside your Partner Portal account and select the 'Upgrade coverage' button.
How can I downgrade my total covered lives on my plan for my next renewal?
To downgrade the number of covered lives on your new Enterprise Plan, please reach out to the Calm Business Support team at calmbusinesshelp@calm.com within two weeks from your upcoming renewal date. At that time, please ensure that your eligibility file has been updated to reflect your preferred amount of covered lives.
Please note, that updating the Users tab in the Partner Portal does not automatically change the number of covered lives you are paying for upon renewal.
