What is the Weekly Progress Goal?
The Weekly Progress Goal tracker can be found on your Calm app home screen. We have found many of our users need help building a habit of prioritizing their mental health. Through our progression loop, users can view their progress in building consistent habits.
How does the Weekly Progress Goal work?
The Weekly Progress Goal will fill a segment each time you complete a quality session per day. If you complete more than 3 sessions that week, the number in the middle of the ring will increase to 4-7, indicating how many days you've interacted or listened to our content. When you complete three sessions in a week, the ring will glow celebrating a step towards building consistent habits. The days in which you listen to a quality session do not have to be made consecutively, but you must complete 3 sessions within a week to close the loop.
Some examples of a quality session include:
- Listening to at least 1 minute of content, and can include music, soundscapes, or open ended guides
- Use of any Breathe Bubble
- Completed check-ins
- Sleep wind down exercise
A preview of content you have listened to is available by tapping the loop. If you want to see session history outside of the current week, please see How to Listen to Past Daily Sessions.
