Some users are reporting difficulty when attempting to update their payment information on our website. If you have received an email to update your payment, and have attempted to update without successful notification that it was updated, please check your card statement to confirm that you have been charged. While the update payment screen may appear to be frozen, most users have found that the payment has been updated, and already charged.
If you have updated your card ahead of a subscription renewal and encountered a frozen screen, it is likely the card was successfully updated as well. Please note, you will not be charged until your subscription renewal date.
