How can I transfer my team members over to the new Calm for Teams product?
If your team members would like to continue with the Calm Business benefit, we recommend purchasing your new Calm Teams product a few days before your legacy Team's expiration date to allow time for your team members to transition. Instructions for transitioning team members will be provided with your purchase of the new product.
When will my legacy Team subscription expire?
Your legacy Team subscription will expire at the end of your current subscription billing period. If you are not sure when this date is, please contact our support team here.
How can I cancel my legacy Team subscription?
Your legacy Team subscription has already been cancelled for you. Your team members will continue to have access to Calm's Premium content until the end of your subscription period.
When can I purchase the new Calm Teams product?
If your team members would like to continue with the Calm Business benefit, we recommend purchasing your new Calm Teams product a few days before your expiration date to allow time for your team members to transition (These instructions will be provided with your purchase). However, you can purchase the new Calm Teams product at any time HERE. Please note, the new subscription will be active from the date of purchase and will not be prorated based on the time left on your legacy subscription.
What if I want to stay on the legacy Teams product? I don’t want my Team subscription plan to change.
We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed our legacy Team product! This product was the first Calm Business product, and our team wanted to update it to better match the needs and requests from our existing customers.
With the launch of our new Calm Teams product experience, we will be discontinuing the service of your current legacy Calm Team subscription at the end of your subscription period. Before we discontinue this legacy product, we will be providing you with a 30-day notice to decide if our new Calm Teams product is the right fit for your group.

How is the new Team product different from my current legacy Team subscription?
The new Calm Teams product includes the Calm Partner Portal. Our Partner Portal offers a self-serve experience where Team administrators are able to manage the members of the Team and the details of their subscription within their Team’s Partner Portal.
The Calm Partner Portal also includes aggregated data on how your Team is using Calm, including sign-up rate and engagement rate, along with a host of engagement resources to drive activation of Calm.
Can I keep our legacy Team name if I purchase the new Teams product?
Absolutely! When purchasing the new Teams product, please make sure to enter the Team name of your choice in the 'Company Name' cell within the 'Hi, let's get you set up box' here.
How much does it cost to purchase the new Teams product?
The cost of our new Teams product plan is based on the number of covered lives you hope to purchase. Purchasing more will lead to a larger discount offer. Although pricing is specific to your Team’s size, here are estimates as guidance:
- 5 seats: $291.85 (17% discount)
- 10 seats: $566.40 (19% discount)
- 15 seats: $832.50 (21% discount)
- 20 seats: $1075.60 (23% discount)
