Lifetime Gift Card FAQ

Whose email address do I enter when making this purchase, mine or the recipients?  

When purchasing a gift card, please enter your own email address, rather than the recipient’s email address. This is where the receipt will be sent. Once you've made your purchase, you will be prompted to download a PDF of the gift card which you can send to the recipient directly.

Can I receive a refund for a lifetime gift card purchase? 

Gift cards are non-refundable purchases. You can read more about our refund policy here. 

Does the gift card expire? 

Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed anytime. They do not have a monetary value, so they will not depreciate in value. Once purchased, a lifetime gift card will activate a lifetime membership to Calm whenever it is redeemed.

Can the gift card be redeemed through the Calm app? 

Gift Cards must be redeemed on our website at www.calm.com/redeem, not through the Calm app. Once the gift card is redeemed online, the subscription is active and the recipient can then log into Calm with the same email address they used to redeem the code and they will have access to the premium content.

What if the recipient already has a Calm subscription? 

Lifetime gift cards can be redeemed at any point during a subscription.
