In the Calm app and on our website, there is a "Manage Subscription" option in Settings viewable for subscribers with information about your subscription. If you do not see a Manage Subscription option in Settings in the app or website, this means there is currently no subscription active on the account you are logged in with.
In the iOS app:
Settings can be accessed by tapping on the profile icon in the top left corner of the home screen, then scrolling below the calendar on the Profile screen that appears.
In the Android app:
Settings can be accessed via the menu icon in the top left corner of the home screen. This opens a side menu where you will see Settings listed.
On our website:
Settings can be accessed here.
Additionally, subscribed accounts will have everything unlocked in the app. If you see a lock icon next to the Daily Calm on your app home screen, or next to any of the other content in the app, this means there is no subscription active on your Calm account.
If you believe you have purchased a subscription, but are not seeing it active on your account, please send us a message via the 'Submit a Request' button at the top right of the Help Center and we'd be happy to help.
If your subscription is active, you can go to Settings and tap 'Manage Subscription' to view details about your subscription status. On the website, please go to 'Manage Subscription' on the profile page. If you purchased your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you can follow the link on that page to view further information about how much you will be charged, and whether or not you've already turned auto-renewal off.
