In the Calm app and on our website, there is a "Manage Subscription" option in "Settings" viewable for subscribers with information about your subscription. If you do not see a "Manage Subscription" option in "Settings" in the app or website, this means there is currently no subscription active on the account you are logged in with.
In the Calm app:
"Settings" can be accessed by first, tapping the "More" button in the bottom right corner of your home screen. Next, choose the "Settings" option. "Manage Subscription" will be first in the list of options within "Settings".
On our website:
Subscription settings can be accessed here.
Additionally, subscribed accounts will have everything unlocked in the app. If you see a lock icon next to the Daily Calm on your app home screen, or next to any of the other content in the app, this means there is no subscription active on your Calm account.

If your subscription is active, you can go to "Settings" and tap "Manage Subscription" to view details about your subscription status. On the website, please go to 'Manage Subscription' on the profile page. If you purchased your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you can follow the link on that page to view further information about how much you will be charged, and whether or not you've already turned auto-renewal off.
