How often should someone meditate?
This is your practice, so it’s up to you. If possible, we recommend meditating daily. When we develop a regular meditation practice, we notice the most benefits.
Research shows that some of the greatest benefits of meditation come from the consistency of the practice, rather than the duration of practice. In other words, it's more beneficial to meditate every day for shorter periods of time rather than once a week for a longer period. With consistency, mindfulness skills grow stronger, and integrating mindfulness practices into daily life becomes more intuitive. That’s when the real transformation begins.
And just like any skill, whether it's learning to play an instrument or speaking a new language, the more you practice, the easier it gets.
