Update the Name or Email Address on an Account

Update on Calm's Website

You can update your account details through our website on your Calm account's Profile here.

• Some users may instead see an 'Account Settings' tab with a 'Go to Settings' button. Please click on this button to update your name or email address.
  

Update in the Calm app

You can also update this information in the Calm app by following the steps below. 

1. Tap 'Profile' on the Calm app's home screen
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper left corner
3. Tap 'Account Info'
4. Change the information in the fields provided and tap 'Update' to ensure the new information saves.
