The first thing to do is make sure you are signed in to your Calm account and that your Calm app is updated to the latest version.
If you are already logged in, log out and hard-quit the app, then re-open it and log back in. If you’re on an iOS device, you can also try the ‘Restore Purchase’ option in Settings.
If you’re still locked out, please let us know via the 'Submit a Request' button at the top right of the Help Center, and include a copy of your receipt as an attachment. If you have any trouble with that form, you can also email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
