Update: We have stabilized our server and everything should now be loading properly. We are leaving this issue open for tonight and tomorrow while we monitor the server and ensure there is no further downtime.
Around 4:30pm PST on 2017-09-18, our web server response time started to increase. This has caused issues with loading the website in some locations, and some website visitors may be seeing a 502 error.
This largely does not affect the mobile app, but some pages in the app may load more slowly than usual.
Our engineering team is working on a fix and the website should be up and running soon. Check back here for updates!
