We are currently focusing on improving server stability, as there were several occurrences of server downtime in August and September. If you find that meditations are not loading or you are having trouble logging in, this likely means there has been a server interruption. We're generally able to get things up and running within an hour, so if you come back to the app later in the day, you should find everything working correctly.
If you continue to experience issues for an extended period of time, please let us know via the 'Submit a Request' button at the top right of the Help Center, and select 'Reporting a Bug' as the reason for contacting us.
